Our Activity Agents are available to help you plan your activities, seven days a week from 8:00am to 6:00pm Hawaiian Standard Time. NOTE: Hawaii does not have a time change during the year. We are 3 hours behind the West Coast in the summer and 2 hours behind in the winter and we are 6 hours behind the East Coast in the summer and 5 hours behind in the winter.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity time will receive a full refund with the exception of activities that include airfare which require a cancellation of 72 hours prior to the scheduled activity time to receive a full refund.  There are no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity time except if cancelled by the vendor.  If you need to cancel your tours after having received your tour tickets, you must return your tickets at least 72 hrs. prior to your first tour date.  A tour cannot be cancelled and a credit cannot be made until all tickets have been received by Outrigger Activities Center - Hawaii Office.

Tickets: If your booking is made at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival in Hawaii, tickets will be mailed to Mailing Addresses within the United States and U. S. Territories. If a booking is made within 3 weeks prior to arrival in Hawaii, tickets will be mailed to your First Hotel in Hawaii. To be sure that our International Travelers receive their tickets, tickets for International Mailing Addresses will be mailed to your First Hotel in Hawaii. Final Information that is needed for an activity, including times and locations, will be noted on your tickets.  Please be sure to complete the information in the Hotel Information section so that we are able to schedule transportation pickups for activities, mail tickets to your hotel when necessary and are able to contact you should changes occur.

Activity Prices and Taxes: All prices listed are for the current year and are subject to change. A Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712% is added to all activities. Some water related activities charge an additional 3% Harbor Fee.
